Just wondering why this didnt make yesterday's news... My niece was getting off of the school bus at her home on Delaware Ave. in Salisbury Wednesday afternoon and was struck by a City of Salisbury police officer. She was thrown up on the sidewalk. Thank god she was treated and released with minor injuries.
Please keep in mind that Delaware Ave. is right next to the City of Salisbury Police Department. Does this officer not know what a stopped school bus means??? The school bus driver honked the horn repeatedly and the officer never thought about stopping.
It just blows my mind, that these details never made the news............. Something wrong with this picture........
